Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every purchase with us. Since each product is made-to-order, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

    • The defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any request beyond this time frame will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  2. How to Raise a Request

    • Our team will verify the issue and get back to you within 48 hours.

  3. Resolution

    • If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

    • In rare cases where replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued with 5-7 working days.

  4. Non-Returnable Cases

    • Returns due to size, color preference, or personal taste are not accepted.

    • Any product that has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible.

  5. Final Note

    • Our quality checks ensure every order is carefully processed. However, if you receive a defective product, rest assured that we will resolve it promptly.
